Jewelry Television airs 24 hours a day, although programming hours vary between each region, based upon the local TV provider. In October 2008 the network began broadcasting in high definition. Its suggested display call letters for programming guides is JTV or JWLTV.

The network also offers online streaming of its network through their website.

In April 2012, Jewelry Television launched the Titanic Jewelry Collection. Created in partnership with Titanic Museum Attractions, the proprietary Titanic Jewelry Collection offers pieces in the Art Nouveau and Edwardian styles typical of that era.

In June 2012, Jewelry Television was ranked the 13th largest retailer of jewelry in the U.S. by National Jeweler. JTV.com is the fifth largest jewelry destination on the internet. The network is the largest gemstone retailer in the world, with gross revenues exceeding $400 million a year.
