Jeff Smoker

Jeff Smoker (born June 13, 1981 in Manheim, Pennsylvania) is an American football quarterback who played for the National Football League's St. Louis Rams from 2004 to 2005. He was also the starting quarterback for the Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League.
