Jay Hieron
James Thomas Hieronymus (born July 29, 1976), is an American mixed martial artist. He is known for his wrestling base and heavy hands. Hieron was the final IFL welterweight champion, and has also competed in the UFC, WEC, Affliction, Strikeforce, and Bellator.
