James Napper Tandy

James Napper Tandy (1740 – August 24, 1803), in Ireland, began his career at the Dublin Corporation. After establishing himself he rose through the political ranks, being appointed to a seat in the Irish Parliament. He would later advocate for rebellion against the British Empire.
