Jabodetabek

Jabotabek (or Jabodetabek) was an official definition of the urban area surrounding the Indonesia capital city Jakarta. The definition dates from late 1980s and included five municipalities and three regencies, it became obsolete in 2011. The population of Jabotabek was 28.0 million according to the Indonesian Census 2010.
