Recent Store Openings
Currently there are 146 J.D. Byrider locations, 23 of which are company-owned locations and 123 of which are franchise locations. In 2011, J.D. Byrider opened 10 new franchise locations – Wood River, Ill.; Dundalk, Md.; North Little Rock, Ark; Morgantown, W.V., Las Vegas; Dayton, Ohio; Independence, Mo.; Tampa, Fla; Greensboro, N.C.; and Houston. The company also opened two company-owned locations in 2011 – Louisville, Ky., and Columbus, Ohio. In 2012, J.D. Byrider has opened 14 new franchise locations – Orlando, Fla.; Beckley, W.V.; Columbus, Ga.; Flint, Mich.; East Dundee, Ill.; Richmond, Va.; Oak Lawn, Ill.; Opelika, Ala.; Highland, Ind.; Waco, Texas; Durham, N.C.; Dorchester, Mass.; Janesville, Wis.; and Memphis, Tenn. Initial plans for 2013 call for 14 new franchised locations, with more growth expected.
