Isophorone

Isophorone is an α,β-Unsaturated cyclic ketone, a colorless to yellowish liquid with a characteristic peppermint-like smell, and is used as a solvent and as an intermediate in organic synthesis. Isophorone also occurs naturally in cranberries.
