International School of Milan

The International School of Milan is an educational institution in Milan, Italy. The school is divided into three schools: the Primary School, the Middle School, and the High School. There is also a Primary Section of the ISM operating in Monza-Vedano, about 10 miles from downtown Milan. The last two years in the High School follow the International Baccalaureate course while other grades are officially authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization for the Middle Years Programme and the IB Primary Years Programme. On average, students at the school receive above average results in every examination (SATS, GCSEs, AIDS, IB). Many graduates go on to further study in the UK, USA, Italy, Iran, Romania, Burundi or their home countries. The International School of Milan has formal links with the Rome International School and with the International Schools in Como, Modena and Bologna. It has a partner school in Aliso Veijo, California, and supports school projects in Ladakh (India), Zambia, Sri Lanka, Ethiopia and The Democratic Republic of The Congo.
