International Availability of Fanta - Thailand

Thailand

As common in the south east part of Asia, the sugar content of these flavours are much higher than in the rest of the world, giving the drinks a quite different taste compared to similar flavours around the rest of the world.

  • Orange
  • Grape (retired, returned 2010)
  • Red Soda (sala) (This flavour is also not listed on the packaging, it is just called red soda or nam dang (น้ำแดง - literally means red water). The flavour is of the sala (fruit).) Red Fanta has been officially endorsed by the King of Thailand as one of his preferred drinks. Consequently, glasses and open bottles of red Fanta are often seen as offerings on the small Buddhist altars displayed by every Thai home and shop.
  • Green Soda(cream soda) (This flavour is not listed on the packaging, it is just called green soda or nam quiew (น้ำเขียว - literally means green water). The taste is very similar to a green jelly drink that is popular in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
  • Blueberry (2012)
