Background
Al Qosi has a brother named Abdullah. He is married, and has two daughters.
He was one of the first captives to face charges before a Guantanamo military commission. He was not accused of being a member of al Qaeda`s leadership, only of simple support tasks, like cooking. He was sentenced in July 2010, and repatriated in July 2012.
