New Tenants in Former Head Office
The Don Mills location is now the main head office and a manufacturing location for Celestica. Celestica was created by IBM in 1993 by IBM Canada, during a difficult financial period where many assets were sold off and various means were used to downsize staffing levels.
The IBM software development facilities were not transferred to Celestica and were eventually relocated to 8200 Warden Avenue in Markham in 2004.

Famous quotes containing the words head and/or office:
“I envy neither the heart nor the head of any legislator who has been born to an inheritance of privileges, who has behind him ages of education, dominion, civilization, and Christianity, if he stands opposed to the passage of a national education bill, whose purpose is to secure education to the children of those who were born under the shadow of institutions which made it a crime to read.”
—Frances Ellen Watkins Harper (1825–1911)
“His [the President’s] office is anything he has the sagacity and force to make it.”
—Woodrow Wilson (1856–1924)
