Hwang Jang Lee (born 21 December 1944) is a Japanese-born Korean martial artist and film actor. Hwang is perhaps best known as Sheng Kuan in the 1978 film Snake in the Eagle's Shadow and as Wong Chin in the 1981 film Hitman in the Hand of Buddha.
Variations of his name are often written as Wong Cheng Lee or Wong Cheng Li, in their Cantonese Chinese equivalents. He is also nicknamed Silver fox (the name of his most popular movie character), as well as "Thunderleg" or "Thunderfoot" (from his role in the 1978 film Drunken Master). Contrary to popular belief, Hwang was not born in Osaka, nor was he born in Korea. He was born to Korean parents in Aomori, Honshu Island, Japan. His family moved back to Korea when he was a baby.

“Thats playgirl stuff, Brownie. Ive seen them in London, Paris, Rome. They start life in a New York nightclub and end up covering the world like a paid advertisement. Not an honest feeling from her kneecap to her neck.”
