Academic Performance
In October 2008, the college was formally inspected by Ofsted, who praised the college and rated it "Good" with some "outstanding" features. It has also been said that the college would be ranked as 'Outstanding' overall if not for the wide intake of students from all backgrounds and ability. The college is non-selective and also has the best results in the country for vocational courses, which can be taken at foundation, intermediate, or higher levels.
