Huang Ta-chou (Chinese: 黃大洲; pinyin: Huáng Dàzhōu; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: N̂g Tāi-chiu; born 1936) was a Taiwan politician. He was the former mayor of Taipei and the chairman of the Chinese Taipei Olympic committee.
