Howell High School (New Jersey)
Howell High School (HHS) is a four-year comprehensive public high school located in Howell Township, New Jersey, operating as part of the Freehold Regional High School District. The school serves all students from Farmingdale and those from some portions of Howell Township. The school has been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Secondary Schools since 1970. Although located in Howell, the school is assigned a Farmingdale, New Jersey mailing address.
As of the 2010-11 school year, the school had an enrollment of 2,259 students and 137.8 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 16.39:1. There were 52 students (2.3% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 35 (1.5% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.
