Hearts And Arrows

Hearts and Arrows Diamonds are precision cut variations of the traditional 57 faceted round brilliant cut. They are cut to “ideal proportions” with superior optical symmetry, polish and a specific faceting pattern. When all these factors are in harmony the result is a repeatable, near perfect pattern of eight symmetrical arrows in the face up position called `crown´ and eight symmetrical hearts when viewed in the table down position, called `pavilion´.

Famous quotes containing the words hearts and/or arrows:

The hearts of small children are delicate organs. A cruel beginning in this world can twist them into curious shapes. The heart of a hurt child can shrink so that forever afterward it is hard and pitted as the seed of a peach. Or, again, the heart of such a child may fester and swell until it is misery to carry within the body, easily chafed and hurt by the most ordinary things.
    Carson McCullers (1917–1967)

“That rough tooth of the sea,” Kineo, great source of arrows and of spears to the ancients, when weapons of stone were used.
    Henry David Thoreau (1817–1862)
