Curriculum
The Harris School offers three full-time professional masters degree programs: a Master of Public Policy (M.P.P.), an M.S. in Environmental Science and Policy, and a one-year A.M. in Public Policy. Further, a Ph.D. degree program is offered to students looking to pursue a career designing and conducting policy-relevant research.
The Harris School offers the opportunity for concentrated study in the following areas (but not limited to):
- Social and Economic policy
Includes education policy, environmental policy, family and child policy, health policy, poverty and inequality, and public finance.
- International Policy
Includes national security policy, international political economy, and international development.
- Politics and Institutions
Includes the political economy of state, local and national governance, and the management of governmental and non-profit organizations.
The M.S. in Environmental Science and Policy is offered jointly by the Harris School and Physical Sciences Division.
