Hang Seng School of Commerce (Chinese: 恒生商學書院) is a business school in Hong Kong located in Siu Lek Yuen, Sha Tin, New Territories.
Under the new schoolling structure in Hong Kong, the advanced-level matriculation courses will no longer exist in 2012/13. Therefore, the School has decided to launch its own degree programmes. Because schools registered under Education Ordinance could not award degree, Hang Seng Management College (HSMC) was founded by the School in 2010 as an Approved Post Secondary College.
The School is legally separated from HSMC, but currently shares the same campus and resources with it.
