Television Rights
The television rights are held by the Formula One Management, which also manages the rights to Formula One. In February 2012, it was announced that Sky Sports F1 had secured the broadcasting rights to the GP3 series and will broadcast every race live in the United Kingdom and Ireland for the 2012 season.

Famous quotes containing the words television and/or rights:
“Television is an excellent system when one has nothing to lose, as is the case with a nomadic and rootless country like the United States, but in Europe the affect of television is that of a bulldozer which reduces culture to the lowest possible denominator.”
—Marc Fumaroli (b. 1932)
“Love your enemies. I saw this admonition now as simple, sensible advice. I knew I could face an angry, murderous mob without even the beginning of fear if I could love them. Like a flame, love consumes fear, and thus make true defeat impossible.”
—Sarah Patton Boyle, U.S. civil rights activist and author. The Desegregated Heart, part 2, ch. 2 (1962)
