Gotlander

The Gutes or the Gotlanders (in Swedish gutar) are the population of the island of Gotland. The ethnonym is related to to that of the Goths (Gutans), and both names were originally Proto-Germanic *Gutaniz. Their language is called Gutnish (gutniska).
