German Masters - History

History

The tournament started as German Open and was held as a ranking tournament from 1995 to 1997 before changing its name to the German Masters, a non-ranking tournament, in 1998. The event returned for the 2010/2011 season as a ranking tournament. It is held in Berlin's Tempodrom and the 2011 tournament was held between 2 and 6 February.
