Steven Garrett Lowney (born October 3, 1979 in Appleton, Wisconsin) is an American Greco-Roman wrestler.
Lowney wrestled for the University of Minnesota under former Army Special Forces coach J Robinson. He also won a bronze medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. Also a member of the 2004 Summer Olympics team before this he wrestled for Freedom Wisonsin and won two state championships and one before that for Manawa Wisconsin
