Movie Set
- In the summer of 2010, the science fiction film I Am Number Four, produced by Michael Bay and Steven Spielberg, directed by D.J. Caruso, and starring Alex Pettyfer, Dianna Agron, and Timothy Olyphant, was filmed at Franklin Regional High School. The film crew explained that the school was chosen due to State Film tax incentives that exempt the maker from paying state income taxes, as well as other taxes.
