Colonel Frank William Simpson DSO OBE ((1909-03-27)27 March 1909 – 13 August 1992(1992-08-13)) was a British Army officer who also played cricket, including two first-class games, for various military teams between 1931 and 1954, also playing for the Straits Settlements in 1938 and 1939.
