Personal Life
Grillo was born in New York City, and is of Italian heritage. He graduated from New York University with a business degree.
He married his first wife Kathy in 1991, but the couple divorced in 1998. They had a son, Remy (born in January 1997). Grillo is married to fellow actress and former on-screen love interest (ex-Dinah Marler) Wendy Moniz on October 28, 2000. The couple has two sons: Liam (born August 2004) and Rio Joseph Grillo (born January 25, 2008).
