Powers and Abilities
Foxfire had the ability to project some form of bioluminescent energy through her fingertips that could disintegrate matter by breaking its molecular bonds. Her power manifested as a "glow" which she projected from her body, usually from her hands. She needed to touch an object in order to affect it.
Squadron member Tom Thumb designed a special pair of decay-retardant gloves for her to wear, which were immune to her powers.
She received standard Squadron hand-to-hand combat training.

Famous quotes containing the words powers and/or abilities:
“Magic and all that is ascribed to it is a deep presentiment of the powers of science.”
—Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803–1882)
“We may not pay Satan reverence, for that would be indiscreet, but we can at least respect his talents. A person who has for untold centuries maintained the imposing position of spiritual head of four-fifths of the human race, and political head of the whole of it, must be granted the possession of executive abilities of the loftiest order.”
—Mark Twain [Samuel Langhorne Clemens] (1835–1910)
