The Martyr's Memorial League has been mostly centered in the three districts of Kathmandu Valley. While the regional league are played outside the valley. The British Gurkha Cup is played between Martyr's Memorial A-division league teams and rest are invitational international cup participated by clubs of other SAARC nations.
