Palm Beach County Road 809 consists of two sections. The southern section of CR 809 begins at Palmetto Park Road (CR 798) in Boca Raton and continues for 18.9 miles to Lake Worth Road in Greenacres. The northern section begins at the northern terminus of SR 809, Blue Heron Boulevard, and continues 10.4 miles north to SR 706 (Indiantown Road) in Jupiter. Both sections were SR 809 until around 2004.
