History
The club was originally founded in 1953 as Ringwood Serbia, following a merger between Carlton Serbia and Ringwood United. In 1991 they were renamed Fitzroy City Soccer Club.
In 2002 Fitzroy City competed in the Victorian Premier League. Today the team plays in the third tier of Victoria football.
