Before coming to Fishbowl, Williams held the position of CEO at Franklin Quest Canada. In addition, he was the Managing Director of First Things First, which is part of Covey Leadership, and he was a member of several boards of directors over the years. Before becoming President of Fishbowl, Scott served from 2001 to 2009 as Vice President of Corporate Development at Certiport, a company that provides training and certification on software by Adobe, Microsoft, Intuit and others. She also held leadership positions at Center7 and Axent/Symantec.
