Female Vampire is a 1973 French-Belgian film directed, written and co-edited by Jesús Franco. The film is set in Europe and stars actress Lina Romay as Irina von Karlstein, a vampire who has sex with both her male and female victims. To control her vampire urges, Karlstein performs oral sex on their victims until they die and then engages in necrophilia.
Three version of the film were shot that included either vampires, vampires with explicit sex or hardcore pornography. The film was shown at the 2009 Fantastic Fest in the United States.
