Fayetteville Regional Airport covers an area of 1,308 acres (529 ha) at an elevation of 189 feet (58 m) above mean sea level. It has two runways with asphalt surfaces: 4/22 is 7,709 by 150 feet (2,350 x 46 m) and 10/28 is 4,801 by 150 feet (1,463 x 46 m).

For the 12-month period ending January 31, 2010, the airport had 58,500 aircraft operations, an average of 160 per day: 38% general aviation, 24% air taxi, 22% scheduled commercial, and 15% military. At that time there were 55 aircraft based at this airport: 62% single-engine, 25% multi-engine, 11% jet, and 2% helicopter.
