Eugen Kvaternik (31 October 1825 - 11 October 1871) was a Croatian politician and revolutionary and one of the founders of the Party of Rights, alongside Ante Starčević.
Kvaternik was a leader of the Rakovica Revolt in which he made an attempt to create an independent Croatian state. In order to get a foreign support from enemies of Austria-Hungary, namely the Russian Empire, France and the Kingdom of Sardinia, Kvaternik visited those countries to try to raise the "Croatian Issue" on the international stage. He was also very known for anti-Austrian-Hungarian policies because of his speeches that he made in the Croatian Sabor, the parliament.
