Eucritta

Eucritta melanolimnetes ('the true creature from the black lagoon') is an extinct tetrapod from the Viséan epoch in the Carboniferous period of Scotland. Its name is a homage to the 1954 sci-fi/horror movie Creature from the Black Lagoon.
