The Ephrata Area School District is a midsized, suburban, public school district located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Ephrata Area School District encompasses approximately 44 square miles. According to District officials, in school year 2007–08, the Ephrata Area School District provided basic educational services to 4,000 pupils.
