The Concourse
The Concourse is Albany's "Underground City" completed in 1961 with food courts, a McDonald's restaurant, banks, a YMCA, a post office, a visitors center, and several retailers such as Hallmark Cards. The Concourse connects all buildings of the state plaza. Many state workers spend their lunch hour there. The Concourse also features various works of art and sculptures.
