Eltville

Eltville am Rhein (, from Alta Villa, lat. = “high estate, high town”, corrupted to Eldeville, Elfeld and later Eltville) is a town in the Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis in the Regierungsbezirk of Darmstadt in Hesse, Germany. It is located on the German Half-Timbered House Road (Fachwerkstraße).
