Famous quotes containing the words electrical and/or machine:

Few speeches which have produced an electrical effect on an audience can bear the colourless photography of a printed record.
Archibald Philip Primrose, 5th Earl Rosebery (1847–1929)

The Federal judge is a scab anyhow. While you starve he plays golf. While you serve humanity, he serves injunctions for the money powers.
    Mother Jones (1830–1930)
