Legacy
- On 1978, the cover of Kraftwerk's album The Man Machine was inspired by El Lissitzky's work. Credits were included in the inner cover of the vinyl edition.
- On April 21, 2005 Swann Galleries sold a copy of Lissitzky's 1929 photomontage image for USSR Russische Ausstellung for an auction record price of $64,400.
