The Doctor has a series of new companions, who never appeared in the television programme. They are:

- Compassion - Interference to The Ancestor Cell.
- Miranda - Father Time and The Gallifrey Chronicles.
- Anji Kapoor - Escape Velocity to Timeless.
- Beatrix "Trix" MacMillan - Timeless to The Gallifrey Chronicles.
