ECTFE
ECTFE (Ethylene chlorotrifluoroethylene) is a partially fluorinated polymer, a kind of plastic that is semi- crystalline and melt processable. More precisely, ECTFE, a fluorocarbon-based polymer (a fluoropolymer), is a copolymer of ethylene and chlorotrifluoroethylene. It is marketed under the brand name Halar ECTFE by Solvay Solexis. The company is the only producer of Halar.
