Dolgoruky
The House of Dolgorukov (Russian: Долгоруков) was a princely Russian family, with the surname Dolgorukovs, of Rurikid stock. Descendants of Mikhail of Chernigov, they took their name from one prince of Obolensk, Yuri Dolgoruki whose sobriquet Dolgorouky, or Long-Armed in Russian, alluded to their lineage from the ancient Persian monarchy.
