Disney's Beach Club Villas opened on July 1, 2002 and is the fourth Disney Vacation Club Resort operating at Walt Disney World. It sits on 6 acres (2.4 ha) of land and consists of 282 units.
Location and Transportation The resort is in walking distance of both Epcot and Disney's Hollywood studios theme parks. Across the lake, and only a short walk, is Disney's Boardwalk, home to a great nightlife and a variety of eateries. Also in walking distance is the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin resorts. Other resorts and parks are accessible by the Disney operated buses.
