Dillianne van den Boogaard (born August 9, 1974 in Veghel) is a former Dutch field hockey defender, who played 174 international matches for the Netherlands, in which she scored 68 goals.

Van den Boogaard made her debut for the women's team on October 3, 1994 in a friendly match in and against Germany. She was famous for her penalty corners. Famous quotes containing the words van and/or den:

The variables of quantification, ‘something,’ ‘nothing,’ ‘everything,’ range over our whole ontology, whatever it may be; and we are convicted of a particular ontological presupposition if, and only if, the alleged presuppositum has to be reckoned among the entities over which our variables range in order to render one of our affirmations true.
—Willard Van Orman Quine (b. 1908)

Then he entered the temple and began to drive out those who were selling things there; and he said, “It is written, My house shall be a house of prayer’; but you have made it a den of robbers.”
    Bible: New Testament, Luke 19:45,46.
