Some in the United States have expressed concern about the "demographic threat" posed by millions of illegal immigrants from Mexico and Latin America, and their descendants. George Friedman, the head of STRATFOR, predicts that Mexicans will be a majority in the Southwestern United States by the end of the 21st century.
