Deep Shadows and Brilliant Highlights is the third studio album by Finnish band HIM, released on 27 August 2001. This is the first album that keyboardist Janne Puurtinen took part in, thus making it the first album with HIM's current lineup. The cover of Deep Shadows and Brilliant Highlights remains the last HIM album cover to feature Ville Valo on the front.
