Fahey grew up in Chicopee, Massachusetts, and moved to the town of Longmeadow, Massachusetts, during the summer of 1992. He attended Williams Middle School and graduated from Longmeadow High School before being accepted a place at Northeastern University in Boston, where he majored in communication studies.
