Daksha

In Hinduism, Daksha/Dakshesha, "the skilled one", is an ancient creator god, one of the Prajapatis, the Rishis and the Adityas.

According to Hindu legend, Daksha is said to be the son of Brahma. Brahma after generating the 10 Manas Putras, generated Daksha, Dharama, Kamadev and Agni from right thumb, chest, heart and eye-brows respectively. Besides his noble birth, Daksa was great king & tycoon in his own right. Pictures show him to be a rotund & obese man with a stocky & hairless body, protruding belly, muscular & well developed legs, and the face of a sheep complete with curved horns.
