In Mexico the Christmas dinner usually is birds like wined ham, chiken, turkey or sometimes duck, varies with the region (stuffed or not), this is prepared in oven with some spices and vegetables like carrots, patatoes, spinach, asparagus, onions, also fruits like pineapples, peaches or grapes and olives; the gravy usually is is prepared with tomato and chile, or normal gravy for christmas (turkey and white wine, carrots). The bacalao fish is usually too in coast zone.
The other dish are papatoes cream, pastas like spaghetti with cream or tomato sauce, fetuccini, razviolis, lasagna. Always are a lot of salad like forest fruits (strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, raspberry and cherries), tropical (orange, letucce, pineapples, peaches), also there are others salades with mayonesed pasta or mediterraneennes. The dessert is usually cake (chocolate, berries or with dried fruit) jelly fruit and cinnamon rolls.
