Cat Food/Groon is a single by the band King Crimson, released in 1970. Track 1, "Cat Food," was taken from the album In the Wake of Poseidon and edited by about two minutes for its single release. CD editions of the Poseidon album from 2004 onwards have included both as bonus tracks.

“You may say a cat uses good grammar. Well, a cat doesbut you let a cat get excited once; you let a cat get to pulling fur with another cat on a shed, nights, and youll hear grammar that will give you the lockjaw. Ignorant people think its the noise which fighting cats make that is so aggravating, but it aint so; its the sickening grammar they use.”
—Mark Twain [Samuel Langhorne Clemens] (18351910)
“Civilization means food and literature all round. Beefsteaks and fiction magazines for all. First-class proteins for the body, fourth-class love-stories for the spirit.”
—Aldous Huxley (18941963)
